July 20: The Girls Arrive!

 Sorry for no blog last night. It was late when we got back from the welcome party. We met a lot of people from all over including one girl who attended Colonial High and one from Boone in Orlando.

Debbie’s face is getting better. She won a ticket to the swimming pool party but she gave it away because it started at 10 pm!

We moved our crap out of the V berth where Kris will stay. We are actually whittling things down since we are more than half way through our journey.

There is a seal that lives under the docks next to us. It looked and sounded like a manatee!

We paid bills and mailed our homeowners insurance premium. They have given us a year to find new coverage since we got a new roof after the hail storm.

We made another four mile walk to the grocery store. Normally we are chilly here but it is in the 80s so we are happy. But these people are sweating their asses off!

So, this is their local bank. Just saying.

Cat, Robin and Kris arrive by ferry at 2:30 today. We are looking forward to it. Plus it forced us to clean. Let the fun begin!
